We consider a non-equilibrium generalization of the mixed SYK$_4$+SYK$_2$ model and calculate energy dissipation rate $W(\omega)$ that results due to periodic modulation random quadratic matrix elements with frequency $\omega$. find possesses peak at $\omega$ close polaron splitting $\omega_R$ found recently (PRL 125, 196602), demonstrating physical significance this scale. Next, we study effect pumping finite amplitude resonance calculate, in presence pumping, low-frequency parametric modulation. an unusual phenomenon similar "dry friction" pumping.
